Moving to Augusta GA

Moving to Augusta, GA? We are so glad to have you!

Our team is sold on Augusta, Georgia as a great place to live, and it’s fun to see others fall in love with this place too. Augusta has so many great things that other big cities offer like academics, restaurants, excellent cultural life, but with only 500,000 people in the entire CSRA (central savannah river area), we are small enough to know our neighbors. Our cost of living is low, taxes are low, and the quality of life is excellent.

The Augusta weather is great year round, and there are many places in the area to enjoy the days or evenings! No matter what time of year or the day of the week, Augusta has something fun going on. Augusta’s venues come in all shapes and sizes, indoors and outdoors. Get a feel for Augusta’s culture by enjoying entertaining diversions such as theater performances, concerts by regional and national bands, public festivals, special museum exhibits, and dance recitals. Or head for one of the local ball fields to cheer on either Augusta’s community and school teams, or our very own minor league team, the Augusta Greenjackets!
